Summer Option 1: High School Group Training
Who: Students entering grades 9-12
Cost: $100
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Times:
Students begin with a 30 minute speed/agility/quickness workout followed by a total body High Intensity Training strength workout.
Note:
- All 2008 - 2009 freshmen will run from 8:00-9:00 a.m. and lift from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Freshman should sign up for group training and circle the 8:30-10 a.m. Must show up at 8:00 a.m.
- All 2008 - 2009 sophomores will lift from 7:00-8:00 a.m. and run from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Sophomores should sign up for group training and circle 7:30-9:00 a.m. Must show up at 7:00 a.m.
- All 2008 - 2009 juniors and seniors will run from 7:00-8:00 a.m. and lift from 8:00-9:00 a.m. They should sign up for group training and circle 7:30-9:00 a.m. Must show up at 7:00 a.m.
Summer Option 2: High School Personal Training
Who: Students entering grades 9-12
Cost: $190
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Times: Personal training slots are available from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. Sign up for your slot in the MHS activities office.
Students begin with a 30 minute speed/agility/quickness workout followed by a one-on-one, total body High Intensity Training strength workout.
Summer Option 3: Middle School Group Training
Who: Students entering grades 7-8*
Cost: $70
Days: Tuesday, Thursday
Times:
7:30-9:00 AM
8:30-10:00 AM
9:30-11:00 AM
10:30 am to Noon
Students begin with a 30 minute speed/agility/quickness workout followed by a total body High Intensity Training strength workout.
Summer Option 4: Middle School Personal Training
Who: Students entering grades 5-8*
Cost: $130
Days: Tuesday, Thursday
Times: Personal training slots are available from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. Sign up for your slot in the MHS activities office.
* Students entering grades 5 and 6 must register for Option 4.
Students begin with a 30 minute speed/agility/quickness workout followed by a one-on-one, total body High Intensity Training strength workout.
Though the program runs from June 9 - August 8, students not in a fall sport will have the opportunity to continue strength training from August 11 - August 29. A schedule will be posted in early August.
